Course Description

This training focuses on how to find, collect, and present the "best evidence" in international criminal trials, the training will cover a broad range of topics including investigations, selection of evidence, the practical steps to calling witnesses, and how to effectively introduce evidence in international criminal trials.

Yasmine Chubin and Kate Gibson

Kate Gibson and Yasmine Chubin have appeared before the ICTY, ICTR, ECCC, SCSL and ICC, and are currently training defence counsel appearing in genocide cases before the Rwandan domestic courts.
